Cognota Feature Update: Multiple Project Templates

We’ve rolled out a new version with exciting changes, features, and improvements! 

Here’s what’s new:

Multiple Project Templates

As an administrator, you can now create multiple project templates. For example, you could have one template for sales courses and another for HR training.

To add a new template, choose the Templates section from the menu, click on the add Template button and assign a new title.  The templates are available in both the Home view and in the dedicated Templates view.

You will also notice that adding Users has been moved from a large button previously on the right to the User menu located to the right of Templates.

Create a new project

Creating new projects is now enhanced by the ability to choose the starting template. Simply select a template from the drop-down list while creating your new project.

Other Improvements

  • Resolved an issue where some Single-sign-on customers experienced errors while launching the app.
