Nick Howe
Nick Howe is an award winning Chief Learning Officer and business leader. He is the Chief Learning Officer at Area9 Lyceum, the global leader in micro-adaptive learning technology, a strategic advisor to the Institute of Simulation and Training at the University of Central Florida, and board advisor to multiple EdTech startups.
For 12 years Nick was the Chief Learning Officer at Hitachi Data Systems where he built and led the corporate university and online communities serving over 50,000 employees, resellers, and customers.
Fernando Sanchez-Arias
Fernando has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and was the 59th World President of Junior Chamber International (JCI).
He was a vice-president of the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce in Houston and serves as a member of the Advisory Board. He was the Chief People Officer of The Home Depot’s Global Custom Commerce and served as director of its Learning Organization. Fernando currently serves as Chief People Officer of CLICK Institute, a Washington DC-based think tank.
