Dr. Mary McNevin is a former CLO and talent executive. Dr. Mary McNevin is a former CLO and talent executive. She is a growth-oriented talent management executive with 20+ years of experience in learning, talent management, succession planning, and strategy development. Her mission is to impact lives through learning and to create a competitive advantage through targeted talent initiatives. Prior to this, Mary served as the Chief Learning Officer of a healthcare organization with 20,000 employees and 130 facilities. Earlier she was the Global VP of Talent Development and Organization Development at McCain Foods Ltd and launched the company’s first global learning center serving 55 facilities on six continents. McNevin earned her doctorate (EdD) from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School of Business. Her dissertation focused on Executive Coaching in the C-suite. Dr. McNevin also holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MS in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
