Created to help learning and development departments keep up with training demand, this highly configurable solution allows for easy management of training intake.
Configurable Intake Form
The first step in effective training request management is ensuring a detailed intake form that captures all of the critical components of a requested course. While the form will be preconfigured out-of-the-box, administrators can easily configure the form to suit their needs using a flexible drag and drop, card style interface.
Approve or Deny Requests
The training team can approve or deny any request after reviewing the submission. Justification for the approval or rejection can be supplied as necessary so requestors are aware of the reasoning behind the response.
Comprehensive Dashboard
All training requests are visible in a single dashboard with the ability to tag, organize and sort training requests based on a variety of different criteria. A complete history of requests made, along with the requestor allows the learning team to identify and prioritize problem areas.
Insights
Detailed analytics provide visibility into who is requesting training, the status of the request and the potential business impacts of training projects.
