Travis Jordan is the Founder and Owner of Instructional Design Central (IDC), an online community that provides learning design professionals access to resources, tools, and content. Today, IDC has over 30,000 members around the globe in more than 20 countries worldwide. He has over 12 years of experience in the learning industry with various capacities across diverse sectors including business, non-profit, and academia. He was Head of Learning for two large global organizations with the responsibility for learning and development strategy and operations. He is also an expert consultant and coach with a passion to help learning designers and leaders succeed. Additionally, Travis also has several years’ experience as a Product Leader for high-tech companies including Adobe Inc. Common principles of instructional design and product development beautifully converge to deliver results-driven products and experiences. Travis also has a Master of Science (MS) degree, in Instructional Technology from Utah State University.
