Stephen is a Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development Consultant as well as focusing on Human Resources Management. His management consultancy HRCVision focuses on leadership development training and coaching for managers to assist them in their leadership careers.

He has a podcast called “The Next Steps in Leadership” to help new and mid-level leaders to take the next step in their career.

Also he an academic professor teaching leadership, human resources management, communications, ethics and emotional intelligence at the Graduate School of Nursing Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Virginia (SCPS) programs.

Dr. Oliver holds a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
