For over 25 years, Jamie Hinely has been motivated by a singular passion – for people at every level in every organization to grow and learn. Jamie is the former Head of Global Learning and Development for Valvoline, which led learning and development across 1,750 retail locations, and a global organization doing business in 140 countries. Under Jamie’s leadership, the learning function was consistently recognized by the ATD BEST Awards, Training APEX Awards, and Brandon Hall. Prior to that, Jamie led the learning function at Claritas, then a division of Nielsen, where he consulted with clients across the banking, real estate, media, communications, retail, restaurant, automotive, and not-for-profit industries. Along the way, he has been a frequent conference speaker and a college lecturer and has seen articles published in Training Magazine, CTDO, CIO Applications, and others.
